Carpal Tunnel syndrome is one of the most commonly thrown around terms when it comes to wrist pain.  We can definitely help if this describes you, BUT we may also find that the issue could be jammed or sprained carpal bones or ligaments, especially for our CrossFitters from that dreaded front rack position, or a commonly missed Pronator teres syndrome.
