Chronic pain can be due to months or even years of instability, immobility, scar tissue build up, etc. and treatment may need to extend well after the pain is gone, but there should be other noticeable deficiencies in movement with measurable improvements with treatment.)
The key to staying healthy after pain is MOVEMENT! The best way to keep moving is to FIND an ACTIVITY that you love to do!! Activities can be for leisure or the competitive spirit inside of you (walking, hiking, football, basketball, etc.).
